Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method available at checkout.
As a general estimate:
- United States: 5 - 10 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days
- Other International Destinations: 10–20 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Unexpected delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier disruptions, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and available shipping options.
From time to time, NOVOXIE may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping offers. Any applicable promotion will be clearly displayed on our website.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.
You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your package's progress.

6. Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, or your local delivery carrier.

NOVOXIE is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@novoxie.com.
We will do our best to update the information before your order is shipped. However, once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
NOVOXIE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees may apply depending on the destination country.
Any applicable customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs clearance may also result in additional delivery time.

10. Multiple Items in One Order
